Dr. Robin Norris is a dedicated mom, wife, therapist, and professor who fervently advocates for literacy and dyslexia awareness. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Counseling Department within the School of Education at the College of William & Mary. With both personal and professional insights into learning disabilities, she understands the challenges families encounter and the significance of fostering supportive environments. Having family members with dyslexia, she recognizes the urgent need for increased awareness. Her advocacy encompasses assisting families, educators, thought leaders, and mental health professionals in acknowledging the unique strengths and challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities. Her mission is to enhance understanding of learning differences, cultivate informed communities, and promote mental health education, ensuring that every learner can achieve their full potential academically, emotionally, and socially.
