Shealyn Clinger, LCSW
Director of Neurodiversity Advocacy
Shealyn is a mom, wife, therapist and advocate. She holds a Master of Arts with a concentration in Neuroscience from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Certificate in Treating Trauma from Widener University. Life led her to become a parent of four neurodivergent children, allowing her to apply professional expertise in a deeply personal context. Throughout this parenting journey, she's often considered those navigating their own mental health and developmental paths, frequently facing diagnoses that raise more questions than they resolve. With a strong commitment to understanding the brain and body in emotional and mental health, she has dedicated her career to supporting families, her local community, and the neurodiverse community.
